Processing Time

Standard Processing: Orders typically take 2 to 5 business days to process before they are shipped. This time does not include carrier transit time.
Shipping Carriers & Restrictions

We exclusively use UPS and USPS for all shipments.

Summer Wax Restriction: Please note that we do not ship any wax products via USPS during the summer months due to the risk of melting. UPS must be selected for all wax product orders during this period.
Shipping Costs

As a small business, we strive to keep our product prices as low as possible for you. We work hard to manage high shipping costs, and the shipping fees calculated at checkout reflect the actual cost to safely get your order to you.
Shipping Damage & Claims
We understand carriers can sometimes be rough with packages. We take proactive steps by insuring every box through UPS to protect your order.

If your items arrive damaged:

We will guide you through the process of filing an insurance claim directly with UPS.

DO NOT DISCARD the shipping box or any packing materials. UPS requires photographs of the box and all damaged items to process the claim.

Refunds and Replacements:

We can only issue a refund once we receive approval from UPS.

In most cases, UPS will send the claim funds directly to you to cover the damaged items.

You will need to place a new order to replace any damaged products.
